Wink's Bakery is the brainchild of baker turned actor Dwight Henry, who recently starred in the critically acclaimed film “Beast of the Southern Wild”.  His new bakery is located in the heart of the world famous New Orleans French Quarter. One of his most famous products, Butter Milk Drops, have been featured on the "The Oprah Winfrey Show", "The Tonight Show", and have also been requested by First Lady Michelle Obama.

Lyan Alliance's managerial services have been retained to assist in the management and strategic planning of Wink's Bakery global branding campaign. . LA will also assist in the development of an international e-commerce component to Wink's Bakery to help satisfy the demand of its world famous butter milk drops. LA will also be instrumental in the management of a partnership between Winks and Notar Hospitality group, consisting of Richie Notar and Robert Dinero, to bring the first Wink's Bakery to NY this spring.

Lyan Alliance recently signed an exclusive marketing deal with Ironman Marketing of Cabo San Lucas to handle all US sales and marketing of it's prized property Diamante'. The property was recently featured in golf digest as having the #58 rated golf course in the world and it was recently announced that Tiger Woods was signed to design a 2nd and 3rd course.

A supermarket founded by actor Wendell Pierce to combat food desserts in the inner cities, which has been an instrumental campaign and part of an initiative by the First Lady Michelle Obama.
